Below is a copy of an e-mail we received here at WOKQ from Amy Sevigny, a member of the board of trustees and a parent of a student at the Granite State Arts Academy in Derry. Please read and listen.

Hi Sam and Don,

Thank you SO much for having Wendie and the kids from Granite State Arts Academy! It was a great show! I am writing to ask for your continued support. GSAA has fallen short on its estimated fundraising goals that were built into the budget. The state funding is quickly running out. The school needs help today to make it through the rest of the school years pay periods. A sad but true reality! Could you share the podcast on WOKQ and share the website etc. with any of your art loving contacts.

The kids at this school are thriving and actually love going to high school- can you imagine?
