(Rochester,N.H.)- The state parole board has granted conditional parole to 31 year old Jeffrey Dingman  of Rochester who spent 17 years in prison for killing his parents when he was a teenager in1996. Dingman was 14 years old when he and his older brother Robert, shot their parents to death as they arrived home from work.

The parole board said Dingman will stay in a halfway house until he completes various life-skill training classes. They say he wouldn't be released until February 7th at the earliest.
