Skier Who Helped Resurrect NH Ski Jump is Now Off to the Olympics
According to NHPR, last year a ski jumper named Sarah Hendrickson was the first person in DECADES to hit the Nansen Ski jump. Back in the day, the Coos County ski jump would host Olympic Trials and national championships but over the years it just became neglected.
Sarah's jump was part of an effort to restore this 171-foot piece of Granite State History.
She will be competing in the Women's Ski Jump on Feb 12th in South Korea.
