WASHINGTON (AP) - A new poll suggests Americans who already have health care insurance are blaming President Barack Obama's health care law for negative changes in their coverage. An Associated Press-GfK poll finds 69 percent say their premiums will be going up, while 59 percent say annual deductibles or copayments are increasing. More than 75 percent say such changes are a result of the Affordable Care Act, even though the trend to leaner coverage predates the law.
