(New England) – Road crews are plowing, sanding and salting after a Tuesday storm dropped 8 inches of powder on NH and just over 10-inches in coastal Maine.  Speeds were reduced to 45-mph on the highways.  A few schools called off or delayed classes, but there were no major problems.

DES MOINES,Iowa(AP) -California and Georgia. That's where lottery officials say two winning tickets were sold in the second-largest lottery prize in U.S.history. The winning Mega Millions ticket inCalifornia was sold at Jenny's Gift Shop in San Jose. No word on where theGeorgia ticket was sold. The prize in Tuesday's drawing is $636 million, but the cash option is estimated at $341 million before taxes.

CONCORD, N.H. (AP) - The Old Man of the Mountain, New Hampshire's granite profile that tumbled to the ground 10 years ago, is being honored in a limited edition commemorative liquor bottle. Governor Maggie Hassan and the New Hampshire Liquor Commission are holding a news conference this morning to introduce the bottle, which costs $29.99 and contains vodka.
