3,000 Power Outages Hit Southeastern New Hampshire

Eversource, the electric utility for most of New Hampshire, reported some 3,000 outages in three cities, Dover, Somersworth and Rollinsford.

A spokesman for the utility said that a man was cutting a tree, when it struck a primary line affecting all three communities.

Power was back on just before 2:30 p.m.
