It is like they have ninja superpowers or something.

We've all at one time or another heard a bird take flight. Perhaps it was a seagull wooshing by as it hoped you might toss a french fry its way or a pigeon flapping upward as you walked by along the sidewalk.

Sometimes the cacophony of the wings can by a little startling.

The barn owl? These things are virtually inaudible. Seriously, even with high end sound equipment these birds are emit nary a sound. This video won't leave you unimpressed.
