Speeders Face Reckless Driving Charges
(Concord, NH) - State Police stopped two motorists on I-93 in Canterbury Monday morning after they were clocked at over 100 miles-per-hour.
State Police were using an aircraft to monitor highway traffic just after 8:30 am and clocked a vehicle driven by 24 year old Corey Cole of Danbury travelling southbound at 121 miles-per-hour in a 70 zone.
A cruiser patrolling on the highway stopped the vehicle and arrested Cole on a Reckless Driving charge.
About an hour later, 18 year old Amani Mwingira of Plymouth was also clocked by the aircraft at 101 miles-per-hour in a 70 zone.
Mwingira was also stopped and arrested for Reckless Driving.
Both men are facing court appearances in early December.
