Standoff Ends in Nashua – UPDATE [NEWS]

Police say a man surrendered peacefully after being holed-up overnight in a Nashua motel room.

The stand-off ended around 7 this morning. Police say the man had apparently abducted his girlfriend at gunpoint in Manchester Monday night, then drove to the Motel 6 in Nashua where he had refused to leave his room.    The incident unfolded around 10 pm Monday when police received a call from the girls parents.  The suspect is expected to face charges in several communities.
