(Concord, NH) - It's a winter storm, but with temperatures well above freezing, it will be a rainy Christmas Eve and Christmas Day in New England.
Forecasters are calling for the rain to be heavy at times tonight and tomorrow morning, with 1-to-3 inches total before the store ends.

Coastal flooding is possible at high tide today and tomorrow. River and streams could also overflow their banks.

Gusty winds of up to 35 miles-per-hour could take down tree limbs weakened by earlier storms, so power outages are a possibility.
