Strange Party Barge Seen in Seacoast

On my way home yesterday afternoon, I was driving northbound on the Spaulding Turnpike when I saw the weirdest pontoon boat I've ever seen! It made me turn into the Hilton Park exit to take a look at it.

This strange, almost transformer like boat was one part mechanical beast, and one part party barge. Check out the torpedoes above the floats. If this thing flipped it would still float.

What about the crane high above the deck, and the blackened outboard to hide its identity?

The bow numbers begin with PA, so its from Pennsylvania. I like the pontoon boats I've seen on Bow Lake or Milton Three Ponds much better, those folks know how to have a good time!
