Supermodel Chrissy Tiegen on In Vitro Fertilization: ‘Let’s Put in the Girl’

Supermodel Chrissy Tiegen is being blasted on social media by some for her decision to choose the gender of her baby, which is due in the spring.

Tiegen and her husband, singer John Legend will welcome a bouncing baby girl this spring. The supermodel has been very open about the couple's struggle with infertility. Tiegen, who went through in vitro fertilization, told 'People' magazine:

“I’ve made this decision. Not only am I having a girl, but I picked the girl from her little embryo. I picked her and was like, ‘Let’s put in the girl.” 

Tiegen's latest venture is a cookbook called 'Cravings.'
