Taco's are awesome. Too many might temporarily feel like parts of your body shut down, but next week, parts of an entire city will be blocked off in celebration a very special Taco Tuesday.

Next Saturday brings us Cinco de Mayo. In advance, downtown Manchester will be the center of what's being called the world's largest taco tour. The ninth annual Hippo de Mayo Taco Challenge will bring 50 restaurants together.

From 4 -9, people roam from restaurant to restaurant tasting many different types of tacos. Per their site, you'll be able to try anything from a Transylvanian dessert taco to a Korean Bulgogi taco to a Greek Opa taco made with marinated pork, tzatziki and french fries. Try a unique take take on the taco for $2 each.

The event has rapidly grown from it's 2009 origin of 5,000 attendees. Last year was a huge success, as according to their website, more than 30,000 people attended. This year, Mayor Joyce Craig arranged part of Elm St. to be shut down.
