( Concord, N.H. ) - The New Hampshire Supreme Court has ruled the conduct of a band of so-called "Robin Hoods" in Keene who feed expired parking meters while following officers around is protected under the first amendment, but the city has a right to pursue an injunction against them in the interests of public safety.

(Concord, N.H.) - The New Hampshire Supreme Court says four of the state's most notorious young killers should receive new sentencing hearings in light of a 2012 U.S. Supreme Court ruling that said mandatory life sentences for juvenile killers are unconstitutional.
