According to Business Insider, the stores slated to shut down will close their doors on February 3 of next year.

The list of the 12 Target locations scheduled to permanently close is listed below. As you will see, no New England states are on the list, which is good news for those of us who like to shop at Target.

Earlier this year, we told you about a massive makeover that Target is currently conducting in hundreds of their stores nationwide. The refurbishing is expected to be completed within three years.

According to a Google search, there are 9 Target stores in New Hampshire, 5 locations in Maine and dozens throughout Massachusetts.

  • Harper Woods, Michigan
  • Hutchinson, Kansas
  • Benton Harbor, Michigan
  • Slidell, Louisiana
  • Lauderhill, Florida
  • Matteson, Illinois
  • Romeoville, Illinois
  • Baltimore, Maryland
  • Macon, Georgia
