Suzanne Foley, the owner of Port City Pretzels says the recipe is that of her late mother-in-law, Eileen Foley. That name should sound familiar to you. Eileen Foley was the longest-serving mayor in the city of Portsmouth.

You need to try these pretzels as soon as you can get your hands on them. You won't be able to put them down! Port City Pretzels can now be found in many retail outlets around the country (I found them at my favorite places to shop, Wilson Farm in Lexington, MA). They're also sold online.
