The Ice Castle Has Returned to Lincoln NH

Lincoln, New Hampshire is once again home to one of the coolest winter attractions in the country. 

The Ice Castle has returned to Lincoln, however this year it is located on Railroad Street, next to the Hobo and Winnipesaukee Scenic Railroads. Last year the ice castle was at the base of Loon Mountain.  It is one of only 4 ice castles in the US, the others being in Utah, Minnesota and Vermont.

The Lincoln Ice Castle is getting national attention and was featured recently in the Washington Post.  Since the location has been moved, this year's castle has a new design so there is a fresh look to everything inside. Thousands of icicles are sculpted together each day to create the final product. The ice castle is schedule to remain open through March, weather permitting.
