The ‘National Anthem Girl’ is Coming to Sanford on Thursday

This coming September 14th will mark the 200th anniversary of the writing of the "Star Spangled Banner". To commemorate this event, Janine Stange is singing the national anthem in all 50 states, a history making endeavor. And, Janine is coming to our area next week. Thursday, July 24th she will be singing to at the start of the Sanford Mainers. The game starts at 6:30 pm. She has performed at numerous sporting and entertainment events during her quest to reach all 50 states. Much of her efforts focus on patriotism and gratitude for our military.
