Aerosmith’s First Tour Van Found by ‘American Pickers’ in Western Mass

According to Boston.com, the original Aerosmith Tour Van was found on someone's property in Western Massachusetts.  What a find!

I thought I knew everything about Aerosmith until this article came out and said that the band started out with another guitarist besides Joe Perry?!!  WHAT?!  Yeah, some dude named Ray Tabano who was the original member of the band before Joe Perry came along.   I guess his parents said, 'no way, you're not joining a rock band!'

Anyway, this van was found and featured in an episode of American Pickers.  The guys from the show bought the van for $25,000.
