This Young Man Plans To Cycle Around The World And Start In Lewiston, Maine

Max Turcotte may seem like your average dude from Lewiston, Maine. He graduated from Lewiston High School and works as a Center Store Associate at Hannaford Supermarkets. But Max has big dreams. He wants ride his bike from Lewiston, ME all the way to New Zealand! Of course he realizes there are some oceans in between so he wont be able to pedal the entire way. But he is a man with a plan, as you can see on the map below:

According to his Instagram, Max plans to set on this adventure on September 1st, 2019. Until then he will be saving money, getting his visas sorted out, getting recommendations from friends and studying maps in order to perfect his route.

Once he leaves he will have a website where we can keep track of his travels through photos and blog entries. Way to go, Max! Your friends and family must be so proud.
