Throwback Video: Louis C.K.’s First Television Appearance in Boston

The legendary comedian made his first television appearance in Boston on The Cable Comedy Show with Mike McDonald.

Everyone knows who Louis C.K. is now, but back in the day he was just a talented young comic looking for his big break.

He made his television debut on The Cable Comedy Show with Mike McDonald in Boston back in 1988. He still has a great sense of humor we all love, but he definitely looks a bit different. Maybe it is the suit and the rolled up sleeves.

The young Louis C.K. takes on smoking, drive-throughs, sing language and Barry Manilow before a great sit-down with Mike. If you are a fan of Louis C.K., or the Boston comedy scene, this is a must-watch.
