Actually, the TODAY Show weatherman will be making his way to all 50 states in a World Record attempt.

Last year, Al set a Guinness World Record by delivering the weather live for 34 hours straight. It was deemed the 'Rokerthon.'

This year, Roker plans to set the world record for the fastest time ever for reporting the weather from all 50 states. His journey starts November 6th from Hawaii. He plans to wrap up with a return to Rockefeller Plaza on Friday, November 13th.

Get ready for Rokerthon 2! He makes his way to our 'neck of the woods' on Thursday, November 12th.
