Tom Brady Headed to a Different Kind of Court ?

There is still no news concerning Tom Brady versus NFL Commish Roger Goddell.

However one of the grocery store checkout line tabloids OK Magazine is reporting problems in the marriage of Tom and his wife supermodel Giselle Bundchen.  According to the OK atricle:

"Things between Tom and Gisele have been strained for a long time," a source told the gossip magazine. "Gisele is ramping up the social media activity because her marriage is breaking down."

According to the article the couple had a "massive fight" after a recent birthday party for Tom.

"As soon as they got home, things really came to a head," the insider said. "They started bickering and it turned into a fight where they each dredged up every issue with the other that they'd been suppressing."

Sources told OK Magazine that the Bradys have been allegedly communicating via "angry" text since.  If things do go south for the couple it's reported that they have an "ironclad" prenup and that they would probably remain civil out of respect for their two children.

Personally I hope this is just a very bad rumor by a grocery check out magazine but with the recent celebrity marriages going down, who knows.
