Traffic Alert: Northbound Exit on Spaulding Turnpike in Newington to Close Permanently

The New Hampshire Department of Transportation has announced another permanent ramp closure on the Spaulding Turnpike.

The northbound Exit 2 offramp (Fox Run Road) in Newington will be closed for good, this Sunday night, July 19th. (weather permitting)

The NHDOT is expecting the closure to take place sometime after 9pm on Sunday night. Of course, there is signage directing commuters through the work zone.

Recently, work crews permanently shut down the southbound Exit 3 off-ramp in Newington as well.

This work is part of the Spaulding Turnpike improvement project in Newington/Dover, which began in 2012.
