Two Killed, One Injured In North Country Crash

(Jefferson, NH) - New Hampshire State Police say two people have died of injuries suffered in a Thursday night accident in Jefferson.

Just after 10:30 pm, a car driven by 77 year old Roderick Bissonnette of Gorham went through a stop sign on the Route 115 intersection with Route 2 and struck a tree.

Bissonnette suffered minor injuries, but two passengers, Alice Piattoni and Paul Couture, both 70 years old from Gorham, suffered serious injuries and succumbed at area hospitals.

State Police are seeking and details of the crash from possible witnesses.
