For those who were in on the Ice Bucket Challenge, two huge New England Patriots fans hope you're in for the Gronk Spike Challenge, as they raise awareness for Best Buddies.

With March being National Best Buddies Month, Brian “Young Gronk” Babikian and Adhaam Majid were prompted to create the Gronk Spike Challenge. From the Instagram account of tomfrickinbrady, "Donate any money to Best Buddies, call out 3 friends to donate, and show us your best version of a Gronk Spike! Let’s spread the word of Best Buddies and make sure to donate." Soon after, the movement gain some momentum when former New England patriot greats Ty Law, and Teddy Bruschi got on board to spread the word.

According to their website, the Best Buddies Foundation is a "organization that creates opportunities for one-to-one friendships, integrated employment and leadership development for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). Best Buddies serves includes, but is not limited to, people with Down syndrome, autism, Fragile X, Williams syndrome, cerebral palsy, traumatic brain injury and other undiagnosed disabilities."

Can you beat these?
