UNH Is One Of The Safest College Campuses In America!

(Durham, NH) - The University of New Hampshire ranked 6th in the 2018 rankings list by the National Council on Home Safety and Security.

U-Maine in Orono ranked 29th on the list.

The University of Rhode Island was 4th on the list.  There were 4 Massachusetts schools in the top 10.

The Brigham Young University Campus in Rexburg, Idaho was listed as the safest campus in the nation.

The rankings are based on results of the FBI's Uniform Crime Reporting and the Campus Safety Security Survey put out by the US Department of Education.
