In 1983 Clark Griswald bought a brand new station wagon and decided to take his family from Chicago to the destination of their dreams. Now it's Rusty Griswald's turn to take his wife and two sons on the same journey.

National Lampoons Vacation is a comedy classic starring Chevy Chase as Clark and Beverly D'Angelo as his wife Ellen who take their two kids Rusty and Audrey on what turned out to be a memorable, mishap filled expedition cross country.

The new movie VACATION is based on the characters but promises not to be a copy of the original, bringing the same craziness to a new generation who may be unfamiliar with the Chevy Chase version.

Ed Helms, best known from "The Hangover" series of movies is Rusty and Christina Applegate plays his wife Debbie.
