Valentines Weekend in NH: 5 Fun and Romantic Things To Do

Once you've bought the cards, flowers and chocolates for Valentines Day, give your special someone a gift they're sure to enjoy. Spend some time with them doing something nice and fun, here are a few ideas.

1. The Portsmouth Public Library will host a reading from a new short story collection called "Love Free Or Die". It will be held on Saturday from 2 to 4 pm in the Library's Levenson Room.

2. The Canterbury Shaker Village in Canterbury NH will host a Valentines Day dinner from 5 to 8 pm on Saturday.

3. Dover Public Library will host a screening of the film "Beauty And The Beast" on Saturday afternoon at 2 pm in the library's lecture hall.

4. Saturday evening at 7 pm, there will be a Valentines Day Dance with the New Legacy Swing Band at The Dance Hall on Walker St. in Kittery.

5. The will be an all you can eat "Sweetheart Breakfast" buffet at American Legion Post #83 in Lincoln from 8 to 11 am on Sunday morning.
