Let's face it, we're a nation of snackers. Have you ever just walked down the aisle at the grocery store, and really looked at all the,different brands, flavors, and styles of chips?

Here's just a sample of what I took note of yesterday when I was doing my grocery shopping: Oven Baked, Sea Salt, Deli Style, Ridges, Plain, BBQ, Sour Cream & Onion. That doesn't even include pretzels, tortilla chips, popcorn...and my personal favorite Doritos.

So it stands to reason that a new survey finds chips and other salty snacks are the hardest thing to stop eating once you've started.

Candy, not including chocolate...so stuff like Skittles came in second. Chocolate was a distant third.
