(Dover, NH) - New Hampshire has two US Senators, and neither is up for reelection this year.

Even more curious, Max Linn is from Maine and he is not an official candidate there, either.

But I spotted dozens of these signs along Central Ave in Dover and High Street in Somersworth this week.

Linn, a Bar Harbor financial advisor, was disqualified from this years Republican primary in Maine after the Secretary of State determined there were fraudulent signatures on Linn's nomination petition.

Linn's name is still on the June 12th ballot, and his Facebook posts urge voters to support him, but state officials say any votes cast for Linn will be counted as a blank.

The New Hampshire Secretary of States office and Maine officials say his campaigning does not appear to be a violation of election laws in either state.
