A nasty mix of rain, ice and snow is on its way to the northeast and is expected to create quite the headache for drivers.

The wintry mix is expected to hit our area Wednesday morning, according to AccuWeather.com. Only a few inches are expected to fall, which shouldn’t be enough to cause widespread power outages.

Warmer conditions will follow with temperatures hitting the 50s or even 60s soon after the storm.
