(Rochester, N.H. ) – Rochester  police have arrested a Gilmanton woman  on one count of theft by deception  for stealing over 68,000 dollars from the Gaffney Home in Rochester where she was the administrator.

44 year old Lisa Gosselin turned herself into police this morning after she became aware of the charges and was released on $10,000 dollars bail.

A New Hampshire parole board took only a few minutes today to grant parole to William "Billy" Flynn, who was 16 in 1990 when he killed Gregg Smart. Prosecutors say Pamela Smart seduced him and manipulated him into committing the crime. Flynn says he will always feel terrible about the killing and "parole will not change that."

Authorities in Maine closed U.S. Route 1 south of Ogunquit during  today’s  morning rush hour because of icy conditions. The road has since reopened. Police also reported multiple crashes on Interstate 95 in Biddeford and Wells. The Wells crash left four injured, none seriously.

Police in Boston are  investigating a stabbing  which took place during the  Celtics-Grizzlies game last night.  Authorities say a man was stabbed during a fight between fans at the TD garden just before the end of the game . Police are reviewing surveillance video.
