Woman Charged With Prescription Fraud

(Exeter, NH) - New Hampshire State Police have charged a Maine woman with passing fake prescriptions at the Hannaford Pharmacy in Exeter.

34 year old Amanda Erwin of York, Maine turned herself in to Newington Police and was released on personal recognizance bail.

Police say the arrest followed a two-month investigation into the crime of Uttering A False Prescription.

New Hampshire Police were aided by Police in Kennebunkport, Maine.

Erwin faces a court appearance in September.
