Here in New England, we are blessed to have so many incredible restaurants.

The best part is that you'll find these amazing restaurants in all corners of New England.  While many are located in bigger cities, like Boston, nearly every small town has at least one or two outstanding eateries.

Several of these eateries are getting national recognition.

USA Today's 2025 Restaurants of the Year

Recently, USA Today put out their list of the best restaurants of 2025.

One of the best things about this list is that not all of the highlighted restaurants are in cities known for their culinary experiences.  New York, Las Vegas, and Las Angeles, for example.

Many of these restaurants are located in cities that are not known for being 'foodie' cities.  Selma, Alabama, and Rochester, New York, for example.

New England restaurants on the list include:

The Rooftop at Peham House Resort - Located in Dennis Port, Massachusetts, the restaurant is not only known for amazing food.  The massive picture windows offer diners a great view of the Nantucket Sound at sunset.

Wuson Tiki Bar - You'll find this nearly hidden gem in Cambridge, Massachusetts.  Their unique fusion menu features everything from fried rice, to sliders (made with King's Hawaiian Rolls), to bao buns.  Check out their menu HERE.

Bocado Tapas Wine Bar - This eatery serves up small plates with a Portuguese flair.  They have locations in Worcester and Wellesley.  Take a look at their menu on their website.

Matunuck Oyster Bar - It only makes sense that a bar known for oysters would be located in a state known for their oysters.  You'll find Matunuck Oyster Bar in South Kingstown, Rhode Island.  In addition to great food and fresh oysters, Matunuck Oyster Bar also offers guests amazing waterfront views.
