The nor'easter is all done except for the gusty winds and the restoration of power.

Highways are down to bare pavement as the low pressure area responsible for the heavy wet snow and wind gusts to roughly 40 mph moves away from New England Wednesday.

Londonderry had the highest amount of snowfall accumulation with 17.8 inches, Northwood at 17.2 inches and Deerfield and Chester at 17 inches.

Winds could still gust to 40 mph out of the northwest on Wednesday and bring down more trees and power lines as crews work to restore power.

“Crews continue to work overnight in all areas, and once this storm finally clears out, we
will deploy damage assessors to get a clear picture of the total damage to the system in order to calculate a global restoration time," Unitil Media Relations Manager Alec O’Meara said.

Eversource in a statement said many roads are still blocked making it hard for crews to reach downed wires.

Power outages of 10 a.m. Wednesday:

  • Eversource has approximately 56,397 customers statewide without power statewide, including over 1,500 in Barrington, Dover, Durham, Hampstead, Northwood, Rochester, Rye and Stafford in the Seacoast region
  • Central Maine Power has 10,791  customers in York County without power mostly in Acton, Kennebunkport, Limerick, North Berwick, Waterboro, Wells and York
  • New Hampshire Electric Co-op has over 6,100 customers without power statewide, including Northfield, Nottingham and Raymond
  • Unitil had 283 total customers without power but none in the Seacoast region
