New Hampshire is Calling All Lost Cowboys and Beer Drinkers
As the late great Toby Keith sings, "Should've Been a Cowboy". It isn't a line just for people in the South or Southwest. Cowboys are synonymous with mental and physical toughness, and an American spirit that can't be broken.
The Michael Timothy Dining Group is about to expand its New Hampshire brands to include a vast new "modern western vibe" brewpub called Lost Cowboy Brewing Company.
According to yahoo.com, the brewpub is planned to be a 350-seat space, with room for 75 people in the outdoor patio.
The construction is moving right along, with possibly the "longest bar in New Hampshire" under construction now.
The space will be sleek and hip with white antler chandeliers and lots of lights, including the name spelled out in lights over the long bar.
The space previously housed Southern New Hampshire University classrooms at 546 Amherst Street in Nashua, and is now being transformed into the antithesis of that use: a lively meeting spot to eat and drink in a relaxed vibe on Route 101A.
The brewery equipment has been installed and the very long bar is in place, as you can see on this Reels video.
The Michael Timothy Dining Group also owns Surf Seafood in Nashua, Portsmouth, and Woburn, Buckley's Great Steaks and Buckley's Bakery & Café in Merrimack, and Mike's Italian Kitchen in Nashua.
