One Gilford police officer fired an electro-shock device at the armed resident while the other fired his weapon, according to state Attorney General John Formella.
The boy, whose identity was not disclosed, was burned on his face, hands, and the back of his leg, and his hair was singed, according to Barnstead Fire Chief Al Poulin.
