Yesterday was an emotional and important day for the Dairy Queen staff in Tilton, New Hampshire. One of their own performed the most selfless act a person can do for another, and she did it for her employee.

According to the Facebook post shared by the Tilton NH Dairy Queen, Hunter Corliss was born into this world with kidney disease called FSGS (Focal Segmental Glomerulosclerosis) and another rare disease called Fraser Syndrome. It became clear that Hunter was going to need a kidney transplant. Her boss Bianca Dion heard the news and immediately went in for blood tests to see if she was a match and could be a donor. She was!

Hunter is described as the type of person who "No matter what kind of day you’re having she makes it 100 times better. She’s kind, funny, and has a heart of gold." Bianca is an amazing mother and boss. She has always made her employees feel like they are part of the family.

Yesterday Hunter and Bianca underwent the surgery and the staff was informed that they were both doing well.

They want to thank their customers for the unconditional support over the past year. We wish both of these beautiful souls an easy and speedy recovery! God bless you both.
