All the hype about CBD Oil and CBD containing edibles may be a matter of hotly debated opinion, but one thing is fact: it has not been approved by the FDA as a food additive.

According to seacoastonline.com, the State of New Hampshire has issued an advisory that no edibles containing CBD can be sold in the Granite State.

CBD has NOT been approved as a “food additive,” according to the article.

Some stores are continuing to carry the CBD containing edibles, the news site reports, but they are in violation of the law and may face enforcement from State health inspectors.

Seacoastonline.com state that quite a few local businesses have sprouted up and depended on the sales of edibles to keep their business running.  Some want the NH governor to step in and sign off on emergency legislation, but so far, no action has been taken.
