Smokeshow Barbeque has introduced a whole new level of BBQ awesomeness to the Granite State's capital city of Concord.

Owner Matt Gfroerer describes his restaurant as "the result of 14 years of studying, learning, and mostly eating the best barbeque in Texas." Serving "a little bit of the south with a lot of New England attitude," the staff at Smokeshow are proud to share a taste of the Lone Star State to New England.

The restaurant's signature dish, according to LoveFood, is a "tender, smoky brisket chopped up with turkey and pork loin and sautéed in sauce." What does this look like, you might ask? Check it out.
