COUNTRY CONCERT SEASON IS SO BACK, BABY.

Just last week, I attended my first country concert of the season, Bailey Zimmerman in Boston, and it really kicked in. Concert season is here.

With that in mind, the country concert lineup in New England for the spring and summer of 2024 is LOADED.

There are too many good shows to go to this summer. I mean, go to them all if money is no object, but money is certainly a factor for 99.99% of us.

So how do you determine what shows to go to? Well, you can rely on me, I suppose. I decided to rank the top 10 country concerts coming to New England this year. This is strictly my opinion, and it may change as more shows are announced.

Use this list if you want recommendations:

10. TIM MCGRAW W/ CARLY PEARCE

FRIDAY, MAY 10, AT TD GARDEN

Tim McGraw might just be in the Mt. Rushmore of country stars. To see him at a venue like TD would be pretty epic.

 9. JASON ALDEAN, HAILEY WHITTERS, CHASE MATTHEW, AND AUSTIN SNELL

AUGUST 24 AND 25 AT BANK NH PAVILION IN GILFORD

Similar to McGraw, Jason Aldean has been a talent in the country community for decades. You probably want to see him once, especially with country newcomers like Hailey Whitters.

8. ZACH BRYAN, THE WAR AND TREATY & LEVI TURNER

WEDNESDAY, JULY 17 AT GILLETTE STADIUM

Zach Bryan may just be the most underrated country star out there right now. With few radio hits, Bryan is loved worldwide on streaming services. He is raw, folky, and authentic.

7. JELLY ROLL W/ WARREN ZEIDERS AND ALEXANDRA KAY

THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 26, AT TD GARDEN

Jelly Roll has taken over the country music world. We are not sure how long his stretch in country will go on, as he has turned into a superstar overnight (at least it feels like it). He is one of the biggest personalities in country music. He brings along new talent Warren Zeiders to an epic show at a huge venue.

6. DAN + SHAY W/ JAKE OWEN AND DYLAN MARLOWE

SATURDAY, JULY 27, AT BANK NH PAVILION IN GILFORD

This concert simply screams "summer". Dan and Shay are phenomenal vocalists, and Jake Owen owns the windows down country music scene. Plus, the end of July on Winnipesaukee does not get better than that.

5. KANE BROWN, JON PARDI, LO CASH AND RAELYNN

SATURDAY, JULY 20, AT FENWAY PARK

Fenway. Kane Brown. Need I say more? Sure I will. KB AND Jon Pardi. This show will be WILD at Fenway.

4. HARDY, KIP MOORE, TRAVIS DENNING AND ELLA LANGLEY

SATURDAY, JUNE 22, AT BANK NH PAVILION

This is my sleeper show. I think Hardy and Kip Moore are some of the best performers out there. I don't think this show will get as much attention as Kane, Jason, or Tim, but it should.

Hardy knows how to PARTY.

3. JORDAN DAVIS, MITCHELL TENNPENNY, AND ASHLEY COOKE

FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 6, AT BANK NH PAVILION IN GILFORD

This is just a stacked lineup. Three unbelievable artists are all in Guilford, one of the best venues in New England. Do not miss three top performers under one roof.

2. DIERKS BENTLEY W/ CHASE RICE

THURSDAY, AUGUST 15, AT BANK NH PAVILION IN GILFORD

I had the pleasure of seeing Dierks Bentley last year, and he blew my mind. This is a generational talent; a guy who has had hits from the early 2000s to this year.

You may not think you know his old songs, but the second he starts playing the oldies, you know them. You're brought right back. You start to realize how big this guy really is. And Chase Rice is pretty similar with his hits from years ago.

1. KENNY CHESNEY, ZAC BROWN BAND, MEGAN MORONEY, AND UNCLE KRACKER

AUGUST 23, 24, AND 25 AT GILLETTE STADIUM

The show of the summer. Not even a contest. Kenny at Gillette would have done it, but there is more. ZBB. Megan Moroney. Uncle KRACKER?! This concert is the most stacked. This will sell out for three nights, and for good reason.

This is the epitome of a country concert.
