Device Explodes in Laconia [NEWS]

(Laconia, N.H. ) - Police say an explosive device detonated on a street in Laconia yesterday. A woman said she saw a group of juveniles place several one-liter plastic bottles taped together in the street and then run away. One of the bottles then exploded. Firefighters said the bottles contained drain cleaner and an unknown accelerant. The woman was not injured.
