Dover Man Pleads Guilty To Manslaughter Charge.[NEWS]

(Portsmouth,N.H.) - A Dover man plead guilty to a felony count of manslaughter today. Zachary O'Neil was accused of delivering a deadly beating to 24 year old Joshua Krantz, also of Dover in April of last year.O'Neil is scheduled to be arraigned on January 23rd. He's facing 10 to 22 years in state prison.
