Hazy, Hot, Humid and Hatred

Anyone who knows me, knows I despise hot, humid weather.

The frizzies, sweat pouring down my face, my skin feeling like it's on fire and ready to melt off my body - and don't even get me started on the freakin' bugs! I've never really liked the summer weather, but every year that goes by, I find myself dreading the summer months.  Even worse, I HATE when the hot weather spills over in September and October. I'm a fall person.  I love everything about the fall.  So, when I came into work this morning and heard Rob Carolan's forecast calling for hot and humid weather, I almost lost my sanity.  Speaking of weather...

Meteorologist Rob Carolan's say today it's going to be mostly sunny, breezy, hot and humid with a high of 88.  Partly sunny in the North Country and 87.  Rob rated the weekend a 7!

A state Senate candidate who crashed his motorcycle last month has died. The Maine Republican Party says Stuart "Toby" Pennels died early yesterday. The 55-year-old Republican from Casco was running against Democrat Bill Diamond for Senate District 26, which includes Casco, Baldwin,Frye Island, Raymond and Standish.
