Like many of you, I was at work. I remember staring at the television in shock. I couldn't believe what I was seeing.  I remember holding the hand of a co-worker and saying "those towers are going to fall." I specifically remember saying that phrase over and over again.  I remember both of us let out a gasp and scream when the first one fell. I remember crying when the second one fell. I remember going through the rest of the day in some sort of fog. I remember worrying about family and friends who worked in Boston in high-rises. I remember thinking of those poor souls on the planes knowing what was going to happen. I remember thinking of all those people heading to work or already at their desks and wondering what were they thinking when the planes hit? I remember Shanksville and the Pentagon. It never dawned on me so many innocent people could die such a horrific death. Firefighters. Policemen. Port Authority - gone.  I remember feeling scared all day long. I remember calling my brother and sister-in-law and asking if I could stop by their house on the way home.  I remember going straight to my niece's bedroom. I remember looking at her sleeping peacefully and feeling thankful she was safe. I remember. I will never forget.  Where were you?
