Nascar drivers are just like the rest of us.

Jeff Gordon had a bit of a setback at the New Hampshire Motor Speedway Saturday morning after an incident in the garage.

Fox Sports reports that the crash happened Saturday morning during the first NASCAR Sprint Cup Series practice at NHMS. Gordon struck Clint Bowyer's car on his way out, which caused significant damage to Gordon's vehicle.

Bowyer was still able to practice, but Gordon had to sit it out while his crew worked on his damaged car. The two were a bit "sheepish" about the whole thing, according to Fox Sports.

There was just so many people in here," said Bowyer. "... It was the damnedest thing I've ever seen. Unfortunately, it tore our cars up. It really hurt Jeff's car, but it is what it is. There's just so much going on in these pits.

Gordon praised his crew on Facebook for doing an "amazing job" fixing up his car after the fender bender. See their handiwork below.
