If you've been listening to The Morning Waking Crew over the past several days, you know I've been dealing with a nasty case of sun poisoning.  All laughs aside for a minute, it's very important to make sure you're protected from the sun's harmful rays.

Applying sunscreen may come second nature to you when your outside, but are you applying it correctly? A study by 'The Sweet Home' suggests those of us who spend time outdoors:

‘should be applying a full shot glass’s worth of sunscreen to your near-naked body about once an hour in order to get adequate protection with your sunscreen.’

Bottom line, whatever brand you choose, make sure you’re applying the sunscreen correctly and wearing it at all times when you’re outdoors. (And, don't forget about lip protection!)  Check out these tips for preventing skin cancer.
