The New Sam Adams Beer Is Illegal In New Hampshire

Samuel Adams is about to release a new craft beer called Utopias. And it's illegal in twelve states...including New Hampshire...because of its alcohol content. Utopias is 56 PROOF. It isn't cheap either. One bottle will cost you $199.

Although it goes on sale in the other 38 states next month, it won't be easy to find. Sam Adams only made 13,000 total bottles.
