A Look Back at Kira’s First Full Year at WOKQ in Pictures

Since I started in October of 2016, 2017 is my first full year on the air at WOKQ. And what a year it has been! I love coming to work every single day and being your companion during your morning commute. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for welcoming me into your lives and allowing me to do what I love.

Here are some highlights of 2017..

Bill Fox moved to NH and from NY and became my partner in crime. "The Big Breakfast with Bill and Kira" was born.

We decided to get out there and broadcast our new morning show at five different NH breakfast places in five days. We were fat and exhausted by the end of it but man, it was #worthit.

We got to hang backstage with Brett Young, Brett Eldredge and Luke Bryan at our first concert together.

We made tons of new friends by giving them WOKQ neon tees and giving them a chance to go backstage and meet big stars!

I hosted my first WOKQ Kickin Country Cruise!

And I found my wedding dress at Madeleine's Daughter in Portsmouth and got to talk about it on the radio!

And we got to do the Big Breakfast live from the Deerfield Fair!

2017 has been good to us! I can't wait to see what 2018 has in store for the Big Breakfast. Wishing everyone a safe and Happy New Year!
